    I was really frustrated with the check-in process; it took forever, and staff seemed unbothered. The room was a nightmare-filthy and poorly maintained, plus the bathroom had a drainage issue. Definitely not what I expected!

    the staff are very professional, we loved them. this hotel offers silent and well laid out rooms with a nice view and bathroom, for instance. the breakfast is sumptuous with multiple options to choose from, had savoury food.

    We enjoyed visiting Kingdom of Dreams and the amazing performances there. The vibe at the waterparks was super fun. The hotel staff was on point. Highly recommend checking out the fitness center and relaxing by the pool after a day out.

    Recommend it for couples looking for nice experiences

    Had a surprise upgrade to a standard couple room with a bathtub, so relaxing! The rooftop bar at night was a total blast, great views and vibe.

    It wasn't the cheapest place around but acceptable considering it's decent.

    We really enjoyed staying here, especially waking up to a beautiful view from our Junior Suite. The hotel is conveniently located. I must say the breakfast spread was quite excellent!
